Taxat door Woody van Amen in het centrum van Rotterdam
New artworks by Woody van Amen in ZERP Gallery Rotterdam zerp.nl/universe. In the sixties Woody made his breakthrough as frontman of the Dutch Pop Art movement. As an artist he created a sensational ouevre consitsing out of paintings, sculptures and installations. The Taxat, a form inspired by an eastern symbol, the Swiss Matterhorn and the Chinese characters for ‘double hapiness’ are recognisable elements in his work. The group exhibition “Across the Universe” opens this Sunday 12-17 hrs, Van Oldenbarneveltstraat 120A, Rotterdam.
